Portfolio update as at 7 June 2013 , my realized profit stood @ 42K ( see d above attachments n calculate yrself ) n my unrealized profit stood @ 73K , total profit = 115K+- ^_- Amazing ? not really cos when rain comes , all get wet ! Buttttt it is still gd enuf 2 beat ta losers liaoooo ^_-
K.... let talk about d FA of XXXX n XXXXX n its WA , first take a look at its latest QE

With latest QE of ???? , this will transacts it PE to 3+ ! wowww..can u imagine a property stock that is traded @ PE < 5 now ? check yrself d current PE of property stocks ? I think she is even cheapest than ???? !
2) Healthy balance sheet , check its retained earnings ! is growing ! n oso she is in nett cash position !
3) Vol picking up ! year low 0.?? high 0.?? , till todate , still not at its high yet n I think she shld rise above 0.60 easily !
My tp , 20% returns is sup sup sui , 30 to 50% returns is highly possible , >80% returns is very likely in long term.
Conclusion : this is a must stock like Engtex @0.75 /???? , BUY @ anything below 0.55 !

Latest QE = ??.86 , ??86 x 4 = ??.5 cts , @ 1.82 , its PE stood @ 9+ .
Dont 4get ????? is a high dividend yield stock , paying 5.5% dividend last year , n oso...take a look at its past years earning , slow n steady , earnings sustained ard 18cts+- .
She has been hanging ard 1.82+- 4 quite sometime oledi , not really move up yet .... today vol/ moving is a good sign , is time 4 her 2 do d mkt catching up liaooo.
I hv posted under comments on 29 May 2013 saying that I hv bot in 50 lots of ????? @ 0.45 , at this level , it is almost a sure win buy !
