Not making money in quiet mkt referring 2 who ? yr sifu darlie singh ? he called 2 buy EAH @ 0.51 , MAA @ 1.05 N Muhibah @ 1.83 , how much they last transacted ? ^_- dont 4get oso his JCY @ 1.61 , OMG... JCY is now 0.60+ only, what a call by this "FUN" manager ^_-

Dijacor , a well known developer in klang valley , she is also d founder of Tropicana ^_-

She has just posted an excellent QE last month , see d attached picture, latest QE = 3.99 , theoritically 4 x 3.99 = 16cts+- , @ 1.15 , she is trading @ PE of 7 ! one of d cheapest PE in its industry !

Is this PE sustainable 4 d coming year ? well... highly confident it can be sustained due 2 below :-

1)A few new projects in making , estimation of all these projects worth about 3 bil+ n this will drive its earnings over next 2 years !
2)Tropicana Bayou development in Balakong
3)W Hotel in Ampang area
4)Tropicana Danga Bay in Iskandar Johor
5)Tropicana Gardens commercial center in PJ

NTA stood @ 3+

past years earning records

2008 = 18.84

2009 = 9.88

2010 = 3.99 x 4 (est )

D best part was she got a lot of land located in Tropicana area n all these land r valued years ago , it is definitely way under value !

@ 0.39 , this warrant is traded @ very attractive price, in money + long time frame ^_-
