I hv taken RM 44,099.30 profit in month of Oct (Thanks to Liondiv ,Muind n Bjcorp ),unrealised profit is now stood at RM48,229.00^V^ My cash vs shares status is currently stood at 0.45 : 0.55,which is in healthy position, I feel extremely comfortable with overall returns of 321% or profit of RM577,071.50 !
For those who holding Engtex, RCEcap n Mahsing, second wave of rise will surely come $$$$$ !

engtex warrant conversion is 1.25, 1.25 - 0.75 (engtex mom )= 0.50,
if its warrant opened at 10cts, it is still expensive to buy if u calculate it based on sense, 10cts + 1.25 - 0.75= 0.60, 0.60/ 0.75,x 100% = 80% out of money !! BUT !! we r in bull mkt, thus anything below 10cts for warrant is relatively CHEAP !
What i am trying to say here is :- if they want to make money from warrants, they hv to push up its mom ! i forsee they will do that in order fro them to make $$$ from its warrant.

FA wise, , no way they can match with counter like Plenitude n metro kajang ! but still they gone like nobody biz ! tak lain tak bukan popularity n goreng adalah pemangkinnya ! old saying, if u want buy solid laggard FA stock like metro kajang n plenitude, u must hv patient n holding power.

simple calculation :-
1.25 (conversion price till 2017) +0.30 = 1.55 !!
its mom is only at 0.80
0.75/0.80 x100% = 93% out of money !! even u add in d holding cost for 10 years ! it is still expensive buying at 0.30+- !!they r really brave !
IF u hv engtex wa in hand, sell it n swap to its mom !

at its meltshop in Bukit Raja Klang, said its managing director Tan
Hean Leng.
"The new technology implementation is part of a two-and-a-half
year RM90 million strategic programme to increase cost efficiency by
using the best plant and process technology," he said at media
briefing here today.
He said the plant had increased current production capacity by
14 percent to 400,000 metric tonnes per annum.
"The completed exercise had successfully reduced the overall
cost of production by 10 percent this year, and is expected to
further increase production capacity up to 450,000 metric tonnes per
annum by 2008," said Tan.
He said the higher production capacity was also timely in view
of the expected increase in global demand for steel products.
Masteel currently has a manufacturing capacity of 700,000 metric
tonnes per annum (mtpa), consisting of a 400,000 mtpa meltshop
producing billets and a 300,000 mtpa rolling mill producing bars.
It exports 30 percent to 40 percent of its products and has 68
domestic dealers and several international trading houses as
partners in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. --

Hi ben, personally i dont like company ventures into something they r not familiar with ! in masteel case, it might be good for long term where she can diversify it biz as u know d steel industry is quite cyclical, it will definitely burden its existing debt in short term, but i dont think it will bring bad impact to its share price in shorterm , ( at least from now till next cny, n also Local steel makers will be enjoying good fortune with the raise of steel prices for another 1 to 2 years time due to contribution of 9mp.)
I am still bullish on its share price in short term , further more, my holding periond for masteel is only meant for short term , I will dispose them off latest by 28 feb 08 which i think i can easily make another 20% gain from its current price by then^V^

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd (Masteel) plans to organise more international roadshows in its bid to attract foreign funds' participation.
Managing director and chief executive officer Tai Hean Leng said the group held a roadshow in Singapore last week to explain to fund managers Masteel's plans, product offerings, sales and earnings records and growth prospects. Hong Kong will be the roadshow's next likely destination.
At a press briefing yesterday, Tai said: “We believe it is timely to take Masteel to the next level (international exposure) after focusing on fund managers and analysts within Malaysia in the past years.”
Masteel is the fifth largest integrated steel player in Malaysia with total production capacity of 700,000 tonnes per annum from its billets plant in Bukit Raja, Klang, and steel bar plant in Petaling Jaya.
Tai said the group had completed the implementation of new processing technology amounting to RM90mil at its Bukit Raja plant, resulting in billets production increasing by 14% to 400,000 tonnes per year. This will be increased to 450,000 tonnes annually in the first quarter next year.
