Anything below 1.70 is a gem, its recent fall is due to Koperasi Pemodalan fund disposal, KP fund ? what's that ? ha ha as u know most of d government funds r lousy fund ,hence no worry, as long as Capital group is still holding n its FA still remained unchanged, is only matter of time for her to fly > 2.00 !(its fair value should be 2.50+-)
2Qtrs giving u eps of 8.1cts (after split) , for her to achieve 20cts for year 07 is definitely not a problem, hence , at current price of 1.65 , its PE is around 8 +, check around, can u find any property counter cheaper than her besides Plenitude ?
As i said, seeing USD depreciating n Asia currencies appreciating, besides shares , property is another alternative for them to park their fund.

guys, dont speculate on coming projects, look at its FA, d projects r only an bonus added to it, if u buy stocks base on future projects, u r speculating ^V^ i prefer high volume FA stocks with pending coming projects, coz d FF or gorengers will use that as an excuse to push it up. most important is u know what u r buying n u r not paying more for what u should get!

engtex warrant conversion is 1.25, 1.25 - 0.75 (engtex mom )= 0.50,
if its warrant opened at 10cts, it is still expensive to buy if u calculate it based on sense, 10cts + 1.25 - 0.75= 0.60, 0.60/ 0.75,x 100% = 80% out of money !! BUT !! we r in bull mkt, thus anything below 10cts for warrant is relatively CHEAP !
What i am trying to say here is :- if they want to make money from warrants, they hv to push up its mom ! i forsee they will do that in order fro them to make $$$ from its warrant.

For those who missed d boats, u can consider buying in glomac at 1.34+-, at this level..it is bargain buy ! i hv zero holding on this stock, will consider to buy in n swap if my other stocks reached my TP. my cash vs shares is now stood around 3.5 to 6.5, need to monitor it closely.
left out something, slow doesnt mean no good, at 1.34+ for glomac is pretty safe bet, u should now look at those unmoved FA stock such as glomac, dont chase at high.once again,, i am not buying in bcos my cash vs shares level is abit high @ 3.5 : 6.5. if u missed d earlier boats n want to catch up d current bull, glomac is not a bad choice.

hello mr annoy, u r abit late to ask what is d effect on asia mkt after us surged ^V^ refer to my old posting, during d subprime crisis, i said := when FF seeing usd depreciating n asia currencies appreciating, they will move their fund into asia equity , they will make both from currency n shares ! i did stated there:- short term uncertain but mid n long term bullish for asia stock. check it from my old posting somewhere in august or sep.. ^V^
i mean when now there is some sense of recovering in amedika market ... since USD is depreciating making the us stock cheaper than it is b4 so will it move INVERSE back into US market ...

Let me proves to u why i said TA is useless, refer to my Mahsing graf as per attached, see d grey n red line ? d grey line is mav 60 n red is mav 26, both line indicating short term bearish cos d price 1.65 closed below d line !if u base on TA analysis, they will ask u to sell cos already break below d line !
What sell ? u should buy ! check what is its closing price today, within 2 days she reversed from 1.65 to as high as 1.88 !! believed me, they will call for buy once she break above mav 26 or mav 10, buy ? u r buying 20cts higher than me, what is yr margin of safety ? i hv 20cts margin of safety in hand, how about u ?

OPus , used to be good solid FA stock, mr annoy, lazt to find out its share split dateils, mind to let me know ? lots of ppl like to buy after split stock , eg resorts, u really think resorts is cheap @ 3.90+ ?? if u times back 5 x 3.98= almost 20 ringgits.. no longer value buy bros.. that's d reason y they like to split their shares, it looks cheap in dollar n cts , this will attract ah pek n ah soh to jump in cos they thought it is cheap !
