After a deep thought yesterday night, i decided to buy in plenitude this morning, but... d problem was..i parked too low, queued at 2.57 for 10 lots..sighhh..nobody wanted to sell it to me ^V^
3 qtrs giving u EPS of 26cts$$$
from d way she acted today (rose 13cts despite 10 points drop in KLCI), i am quite confident its coming QE should be another flying one ^V^
NTA 3.70 + nett cash in hand.
Guys, this is d only property stock that giving u PE of 7+ ( plus its coming 4th qe), mana boleh dapat ? I think i hv made a mistake today by not taking d seller price..

Yes..u should ^V^, since there r lot of value stocks out there for us to crab, y wasting time to wait for its turn around ? I dropped my spec on cymao's earning too..what an unexpected earning !! choices for u :-
1) Ornasteel , MFCB, masteel N lionind :- sure up but abit slow
2) Pworth fast but more to trading play.
My suggestion :- since MFCB does not move much from its recent low, put more on this counter.
