I have 2 counter which based on my detail analysis, it should be quote as under value share i.e HT Padu and Kim Hin? HT Padu now at RM0.88. HT Padu which NTA is about 1.30, dividen yeild about 7%, it is lowest now, highest about rm3++, government project potential benefitial, low borrowing, previous years net cash position, skim amanah saham is substantial share holder.........
Kim Him, net cash 100++ million, net RM2++, building material would be next play, guest only! Substantial holder is fund management company, good dividen yeild, 8sen tax exemption
