I sincerely hope that you will not consider going underground as it defeats your intention in creating this blog which is to share your good fortunes with ppl like myself.

well..in return of what u hv done for me , under d name of Adeline, guys, D said stock is " Metro Kajang "^V^

Due to illiquidity n unpopularity of d "M" stock ,I only managed to get 10 lots @ 1.59+- last Monday, I am afraid i couldnt buy on dip anymore after this announcement..ha ha anyway, it doesnt metter, 2 me, RM500 donation by Adeline is greater than all ^V^
Fundamental of Metro Kajang >>

1) Last year EPS stood at 0.26 which giving u PE of 6.2 ( Cheapest among d property stocks )

2) D latest 1st Q earning = 10cts $$$, with d property mkt boom, i hv reasons to believe d next coming QE will definitely a flying one , coming real soon, latest by this month end ^V^

3) Even if my forecasting goes againts me, for it to maintain last year EPS of 0.26 is definitely not a problem ( margin of safety), under d current "property theme play ", u cant find any property stock with PE around 6+- !!! can u ?

4)NTA 2.64 + healthy balance sheet

5) If what i forecasted is correct , 4 QtrsX 10cts will give u EPS of 0.40 for year 07 n its PE will turns from 6.2 to 4 $$$$$$$ , see d hidden value ??

6)PE Comparison ,Sunrise =16,IGB= 29, Glomac =16 n wctland=13, all these popular property counters received strong buy call from broking hse, what do u think of Metro Kajang which current PE is only 6.2 n coming forecasted PE 0f 4 ???definitely a steal @1.60+- $$$$

7)Someone buying in big bulk as below >>>


As i mentioned above, due to its illiquidity n unpopularity constrain ,dont expect miracle like wctland & swee joo, it is definitely a steal but more towards slowly but surely ^V^

In order to avoid jealous bloggers saying uncle sam make use of u people, do not buy anything above my cost of 1.59+-!
