After mental struggling of buy now or later!? i finally decided to buy in my so called "Pearl in ocean 股海遺珠" on Monday ^V^ to be safe, i will buy in stages.

FYI,this is a laggard property stock , it has good balance sheet, high NTA, excellent ROE, healthy cash flow n extremely low PE $$$$$$ ( base on its first Q earning, Forecasting PE should be around 3+-for 07 to 08 )

Btw, answer to Mr knowledge, Is uncle sam buy stock solely rely on low PE ? Still remember i called to buy Liondiv@1.02 in year 2005? Windsurfer (mokooi) n dylan from yr blog know it well ^V^
