If SKPRES is making good money/result, just curious to know why SKPRES is selling down their shares in their treasury? And why the owner Dato Gan is reducing his shares from 366mil in Jan 07 to 315mil in Apr 07? They have purchased SPI Plastic in Sep 06 for rm30mil, will it be another Megan/Tranmil trap?

Well, this is exactly what was commentted by other bloggers when i pick Ranhill @1.25 & Swee Joo @ 0.95 for value buy, all of them telling me Ranhill is a high gearing co, poor management bla bla bla..look at Ranhill n Swee Joo today ? not a value buy ? come back to skpres @ 0.18, its boss reducing it shares from 366 mil to 315 mil about 14% from 366 mil, he is still holding 351 mil in hand..dont play play,bear in mind he is selling at 0.18+ not 1.80 my dear friend ^V^ as compared to Megan boss selling his shares @ 80+cts ! as can be seen, 2nd n 3 rd liners r moving one by one, sail with d wind my friend^V^ further more, I am not asking u to hold this stock for forever, d most 6 months from now, i will surely dispose it whether i am running at loss or gain ^V^
As i said many many times, u will never find Low pe + high nta + good cash flow + good management + low gearing + high ROC in bull mkt esp at current level of 1,391 !!! can u ? u can only find d above in bear mkt , hence, apply yr calculated risk ^V^ June 22, 2007 7:13 PM
