Anything below 1.50 is super value buy

1.50 to 1.80 is bargain buy

1.80 to 2.00 is value buy

2.00 to 2.20 is trading buy

what u need is patient n holding power, fyi, i hv profited > 50 K from masteel alone since year 06 ( check my previous portfolio), it is one of my my lucky counter besides ijmwb n ytlwb ^V^ after today purchases, I hv 60 lots in total at avg cost of 1.275 ^V^

If my MFCB n Pworth rose another 15 to 20cts, I will consider to swap them to masteel at anything below 1.40 ^V^

Wowww$$$$$ 2 qtrs already given u 15.64cts, with NTA of 2.29, 30cts for year 07 definitely not a problem, with current price of 1.26 , 1.26 /0.30= PE 4 + $$$$$$

25 lots in hand r too little for me, I will buy in more 2molo morning ^V^ hopefully dow tumble another 100 over points tonight, so that i can buy at cheaper or at closing price. ha ha..

BTW, i hv disposed my remaining 22 lots of Lionind @ 1.71 today with profit around RM4,500+, plenty of bullets loaded for germ buying.

They will appear as “SIFU” and “GURU” convincing you to believe they will be able to teach you the “Technical Analysis” path to financial gain. I have come across many during the last 15 years. How many of this “sifus or gurus” have traded profitably for their own accounts? If they are trading successfully why are they so busy organizing and collecting lots of fees to supplement their expenses! 2) D best fund in town is still Public Mutual fund which using FA approach for stock selection, followed by icapital which also using FA approach for their portfolio, I hv never heard asiachart awarded d best fund b4. hv u ?

3) Go to TA blogs n find out yrself, did they tell u to sell all yr shares b4 mkt slump in mid Augsut ? some r even calling buy during d crash !

4) 6K for one TA software n still u need to consider that ?? ha ha...b4 u get yrself rich, they already get themselves super rich from selling that to u !

Recently i went to the briefing of the TA courses for AsiaChart and GrandPine (free one). They both offer you the Software (metastock) to generate the Chart and giving you the buy signals to buy and sell signals to sell. In addition, they also provide a forum on their homepage and meeting discussion every week.
The course fee for Asiachart is RM5k and Grandpine is RM6k+++.Actually i feel that the principle they use to plot the graph are almost the same....which they use the moving average system to generate the buy/sell signal. How you guys think? Is that worth to take this course?

Everyone knows Liondiv is a solid N profitable stock, but one always forget Lionind is one of d major share holder of liondiv, with its latest earning stood around 5.6 cts, NTA 3.10, besides steel, it involved in property also, its on going restructuring will solve its debt soon, hence , for her to sustains its earning of 6cts per quarter shouldn't be any problem , i foresee much better than 6cts in d coming quarters ^V^

Forecasted PE for year 07 based on current price of 1.48 = 5+ $$$$

Many would have liked Bernanke to cut rates by 50 basis points last week on hindsight. The business media has been having a field day with the majority believing that Ben Bernanke has held short rates too high too long.

The President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond wrote a nice rebuttal to some of the negative press. It was published as the President's message in the "Regional Focus," spring of 2007. The summary point of the article was, "Monetary policy works best when it allows the real economy to respond appropriately to economic fundamentals, rather than attempts to insulate the economy from shocks by tolerating swings in inflation." Ben could have lowered rates to "fix" the sub-prime problem. This would have been like castrating a dog to prevent breeding. Ben has injected reserves into the system so that those who are running scared can hoard all the cash they want at relatively low market returns. Neither the fed funds rate nor the discount rate was changed. In a few more months, Ben will be getting high praise for standing firm in order to bring inflation expectations to very attractive levels. In the meantime, "talking heads" will continue to make "much to do about nothing."

Jerry Bowyer wrote yesterday about the "sub-prime mess." He notes that of the 44 million mortgages in America, 14% are sub-prime. Of those, 13% are currently at least one payment behind, however: 44m x 0.14 x0.13 = 800,800 mortgages that are one payment behind. Many developed countries would want to have those figures. The large majority of the late payers are still paying and many are working with lenders to restructure payments. The bottom line is that there are about 250,000 mortgages that are moving to foreclosure. The total value of these loans is about US$7 billion. If these houses are worth 30% less than what is owed, the total money lost will be in the neighborhood of US$2 billion. Even in a worsening case scenario, double that o US$4 billion (Gee! Malaysia would have squandered that amount in a few unfinished or incomplete projects). Thats why I am not bearish but the shorts and bears have been having the upper hand for the last two weeks. Americans have net worth of US$53 trillion dollars. The "total hit" will be in the neighborhood of .003% of value.

If u compare their Balance sheet, gearing, cash flow, nta n management with stocks like Ranhill , Suria , Swee Joo , Sapcrest , kencana, Tebrau , Mrcb..... u will know why i said " popularity n volume "must take into consideration for share pick.

If u look at their past earning records n management of MRCB, Tebrau, Sapcrest..it is really smell like shit but then why their shares still keep moving up like nobody biz ? besides d granted projects , d main reason is "Popularity or what they called it Theme play " !

Perhaps some of u already know why i bought Ranhill @1.15 n suria @ 1.05 not so long ago, I knew their management n past earning records r way below stock like Metro kajang n ekson, but if u compare their PE n volume traded at that time, they r telling u " I am coming..i am coming $$$$$" if theme n political darling stocks like MRCB, tebrau n UEMworld with PE > 25 still able fly high , what is so expensive of buying Suria n Ranhill with PE stood around 10+- ???

Same apply on Oilcorp @ 1.31 ( My cost ), Oil n Gas is d most hot cooking theme in KLSE , Most of d O N G stocks's PE r high above 20 some even touching PE of 35 !! what is so expensive of buying oilcorp @ 1.31 with PE only stood around 12+- ? further more, its volume is there + it is one of d political link stock also.

D next one is waving her hand telling u " I am coming ..i am coming $$$$$" is KFIMA ^V^ look at its volume n support, is she not a political darling stock also ? check its PE n mother's balance sheet ( Debt free !!)

Come back to Ornasteel, though it is not a political link stock but it has a theme play ( steel theme ) look at kinsteel n Hiaptek ^V^ if u can catch ornasteel @ 1.30+-, let me calculate for u how cheap u r buying..

Assuming, d flying color earning source given is fate one, take its latest EPS of 6 cts , as u know we r facing shortage of steel supply in d market, for onasteel to sustain its EPS of 6 cts for every qtrs is definitely not a problem ! hence :-

NTA for Onastel = 1.75

EPS :- 6 x 4 Qtrs = 24cts

if u can catch Onasteel at 1.30

PE = 1.30/0.24 = 5.4 !!

If d given source turn out to be truth !!

EPS > 0.35 for year 07 is highly achievable , wow ha ha let calculate its PE again $$$$$$

1.30/ 0.35 = oh my god is near to 3 $$$$$$$

Kinstel PE is currently stood at 9+ with NTA fo 3.96

Hiaptek PE is around 7 + with NTA of 1.23

Answers :-

1) Onastel's earning result will be out by this month n i am damn sure its coming QE a flying one $$$$$$

2) Ekson, metro kajang n Bkoon is definitely a undervalue stock, based on its movement n volume traded, u can see their boss r controlling from behind, such a laggard stock is meant for long term hold n is not suitable for volatile mkt like now !

3) D sub prime crisis is still uncertain n Dow plunged so much making me no choice but to sell off laggard stocks like d above in order to protect my profit n also investment risk .

4) Chinese saying "留得青山在,那怕无柴烧" which means :- If u still surviving n loaded with plenty of bullets, mkt is always there "

5)Flexibility, Beside FA theories, in practical, one needs to be more flexible in order for him to make $$$$$ in stock mkt which full of uncertainties n changes ^V^

I know a lot of u ppl wanna to catch d bottom of this correction, trust me, no one can do that ! if u think it is low enough, it could be even lower esp in bearish mkt, just like in bull mkt, u think it is over value n is time to sell it off, it may climb even higher after yr disposal . hence, don't dream of buying at lowest n selling at highest, it is impossible ^V^

It is not a shame to tell ppl yr unrealised profit or shares in hand had depreciated painfully after recent tsunami,old saying :-when rain comes everybody get wet, when bear come, Good FA stocks also plunged.

Frankly speaking, i think KLSE doing quite well in this crisis as compared to other regional mkt (compared their fall in percentage ), thus i believe KLSE @ 1,400 by this year end or latest next cny is still intact.

Lastly, my big elephant gun from my cash in hand fund already loaded with plenty of bullets eyeing on Onastel @ anything below 1.30 ! I will allocate 100K for this stock alone started from price of :-

1.40+- buy 20%

<1.35 buy 20%

<1.30 buy 30%

<1.25 buy 30%

Yes, i was too eager to go in onastel , but I managed to take some profit on masteel n also swap from my other stocks after seeing DOW future down 60 over points in late afternoon , this is d way i protect my profit ^V^ (See d attachment).

I just got d latest confirmation from insider regarding onastel 's earning which suppose to be announced by this month end, trust me, u will definitely see a flying results in its coming Q E ^V^

EPS 6cts for qtr 1, without d flying QE , for her to sustain around 6 cts per qtr is definitely not a problem, thus, 6 x 4qtrs = 24cts which translate into PE of 6.5+- at current price of 1.56 ^V^ NTA 1.75 + good dividend paid ( 10cts for past 2 years ). Imagine if d given source telling d truth, u will see its full year EPS > 0.30 which giving u PE < 5$$$$$$$$ , As good as Masteel !!!

Since DOW able to stabilise > 13,000, i decided to use my cash in hand fund for purchase of Onastel @ 1.56+, bought 32 lots @ 1.565 n lefting 3 lots in queue ^V^

Will buy in more below 1.50 ^V^

I didnt buy n dispose any of my shares during recent tsunami except my short sell gain of RM800+ ^V^

My unrealised profit depreciated > 50% after d tsunami, mkt rebounded 17 points today, is now d time to go in ? for me , I prefer to hold on to my existing shares n stay aside for little while.

Sold 31 lots of Oilcorp @ 1.56 this morning n bought back at 1.53 ^V^

Profit RM880+, will play around d range to make some week end pocket money ^V^

Look at DPS, look at its volume,only 46 lots done with buyers more than sellers in order queue, this show that there is no panic selling in this counter, She only incurred a little drop despite d 80 over points plunged by KLSE from 1,385 to 1,305 ^V^

KLSE is heading to 1,300, can KLSE sustains above 1,300 ? my mom is a female theory " saying it is very much depends on DOW , if DOW tumble another 100 over points tonight, Mr KLSE, see u at 1,280 2molo ^V^

Conclusion, SHORT TERM bearish is imminent,due to Merdeka n election factors, i believed there still lot of opportunities buy n value picks after this correction, as for me, i will not catch d falling knife for d time being until i see much clearer picture from regional mkt esp DOW JONES ^V^
